Average monthly active recipients in the European Union

Repnect has not intentionally launched in the European Union. The initial estimated average monthly active recipients in the Union is therefore recorded as zero, subject to validation against production logs. Before EU launch, SOLTYX will implement a documented methodology that counts recipients consistently with Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act and publish an updated figure at least every six months.

This figure is not a representation of downloads, registered accounts or global users. The calculation method, measurement period, exclusions and evidence must be retained internally.

Micro or small enterprise status

SOLTYX currently expects to qualify as a micro enterprise, subject to confirmation of employee headcount, turnover, balance-sheet total and linked or partner enterprises. Article 19 may exempt qualifying micro and small online platforms from specified Section 3 duties, but it does not remove the Article 13 representative duty, the core intermediary-service duties or the Article 24(3) recipient-number publication duty.

Repnect's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety, Reporting and Appeals page and Child Safety Standards explain prohibited content, reporting, blocking, moderation measures and appeals. SOLTYX will publish any additional transparency report required by law and may voluntarily publish a report even where a small-enterprise exemption applies.
