Child Safety Standards

Repnect’s adult-only standard and zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

About this document

Version: 1.0

Repnect is an adult-only service for people aged 18 and over, developed and operated by SOLTYX ENGINEERING STUDIO LTD ("SOLTYX", "we", "us" or "our"). Repnect is a SOLTYX product, not a separate legal entity. Protecting children remains a core responsibility even though children are not permitted to hold accounts.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including prohibited synthetic or computer-generated material;
  • grooming a child for sexual purposes;
  • sexualising or soliciting a child;
  • requesting, offering, possessing or distributing sexual material involving a child;
  • sextortion or threats involving a child's intimate material;
  • trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child;
  • arranging contact with a child for exploitation; and
  • helping another person conceal, distribute or profit from such conduct.

These standards apply to profiles, photographs, messages, links, usernames and off-platform conduct connected to use of Repnect.

Age controls

Users must be at least 18. We may request date of birth, an age-assurance result or another proportionate check. We may restrict an account while age is assessed and terminate an account confirmed to belong to an under-18 user.

Do not help a child bypass age controls or use an adult's account.

How to report

Use the in-app report control and choose the closest child-safety reason, or contact safety@repnect.com. Reports can also be submitted through https://repnect.com/safety.

Provide the profile or content location and a short explanation. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected CSAM merely to make a report. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

How SOLTYX responds

Trained authorised personnel prioritise child-safety reports, restrict access where necessary, preserve legally permitted evidence, remove prohibited material, suspend relevant accounts and take steps to prevent repeat abuse.

We comply with applicable reporting obligations and may report confirmed or suspected CSAM or child endangerment to the National Crime Agency, eSafety Commissioner, law enforcement, a child-protection authority or another competent regional body.

We do not notify a reported user where notice would create risk, compromise an investigation or be prohibited by law.
